• Roll out the foundational tools as you’ve planned in your Rocks
• Update your V/TO and any other tools covered
• Use the Delegate & Elevate Tool to create capacity as needed
• Continue running Level 10 meetings and schedule observation with your Implementer
• Watch the Compartmentalizing whiteboard video
